Shipping Policy

All order are shipped with our shipping partner Royal Mail using Tracked services

We offer free 2-5 working day tracked delivery on UK orders over £40*.

We will endeavor to fulfill all orders then same day if received before 14:00 on weekdays and 10:00 on Saturdays.

BANK HOLIDAY POSTAGE

Please note we are unable to post on Sundays and UK public holidays. Order delays will occur according to your order date and the number of overlapping bank holiday days. Our shipping partners Royal Mail  categorise bank holidays as 'closed days'. Please check Royal Mail closed days here

POSTAL STRIKES

Postal strikes - we will not have our scheduled Royal Mail collections on strike days. Depending on length of the strike there will be a 1-2 working day delay on all orders. This applies to 1st and 2nd class rates.

Damaged, lost or late delivery

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and strive to ensure your order arrives correctly, on time and you are delighted with it. However occasionally things can go wrong with parcel preparation and postage 🌧🌪💨💦🌊. If there is a mistake with the order or the product is damaged or lost in transit please send an email to enquiries@activeroot.co.uk outlining the issue. If possible a quick photo would be good too (obviously difficult if the parcel hasn't arrived 😉). If we're at fault we'll send a replacement as soon as possible.
